For assessment and agreement of on-site service please contact the iGRAIN Service Center as specified above.
When we send our specialists to the field we aim to solve the given issues to the best of our ability and as fast as possible to restore the daily operation. We will do our best to assist you ASAP, however, on-site field service will have to be planned carefully for an efficient visit. Wait times for an on-site field service visit might occur during busy times.
